We solicit submissions of unpublished papers presenting research results, industrial experiences and applications, as well as detailed specifications of open problems. Full papers written in English should be submitted as PDF files using the EasyChair conference management system. All submitted papers will be subject to a double reviewing process by the program committee. For the preparation of your paper see Authors Instruction below.
Papers will be reviewed regarding the following criteria:
Accepted and presented papers will be published in the conference proceedings and submitted to IEEE Xplore as well as other Abstracting and Indexing (A&I) databases.
Please, use the EasyChair conference system to upload and manage your paper submission. Papers have to be submitted in PDF format only. You will need to create an EasyChair account, if you have not already done so. Your existing account can be reused.
For the submission in EasyChair, you need to provide several information on your contribution (address for correspondence, authors, title and abstract, keywords). These information can be provided in advance without submitting the full paper itself. We recommend to do so! You can update all your information and of course your paper submission at any time as long as the submission is not closed.
It is recommended to submit your contribution title, authors, abstract and keywords within EasyChair as early as possible and already before uploading the full paper. Until the submission deadline you can always update those information and submit a new version of your paper if required.
Obtaining an EasyChair AccountTo log in to EasyChair, you must own an EasyChair account. If you do not have allready one you need to register. The registration process is a two step process. After entering your name and email address (together with a secret word for the registration process), you will receive an email containing a link to create your account.
Create a new submissionAfter your login at EasyChair you will find a link "New Submission" to create a new submission. Clicking on this link you are able to provide details on your submission (address for correspondence, authors, title and abstract, keywords) and you will be able to upload your paper. It is also possible to upload the paper later. So you have the chance to create a submission in advance and upload the paper later which is the recommend way!

On the rigth side of the page you will see a set of links which will enable you to modify or withdraw your submission.
